Using this site means accepting what follows. The substance of it is that we publish information and Parkingateway sells the reservation — so it matters which of us you are dealing with at any given moment.

1. What this site does

JFK Airport Parking is an independent guide to parking near John F. Kennedy International Airport. It compares lots near the airport and publishes our own written guidance on getting there. We are not a parking operator: we own no land, run no shuttle, employ no attendants, hold no keys and take no payment. Every operational part of parking your car is done by somebody else.

2. Who holds your booking

Choosing a lot takes you to Parkingateway, where the reservation is created and paid for. Your contract is with them and the parking operator behind the listing — not with this site. Payment, changes, cancellation, refunds and any dispute about the parking itself are governed by their terms, which are worth reading before you confirm rather than after:

3. Rates are a snapshot, not a quote

Because this site is generated ahead of time, the daily rates shown were accurate when the page was built — not necessarily at the second you are reading it. Treat them as a reliable guide to relative cost, which is what they are good for, and treat the figure at checkout on Parkingateway as the actual price. On-airport rates quoted for comparison come from the Port Authority's published tariffs and move on their own schedule.

4. Terminal information during the rebuild

This clause matters more at JFK than it would elsewhere. The airport is part-way through a multi-billion-dollar reconstruction, terminals are opening in phases, and airline assignments have moved repeatedly and will move again. We update our guidance as that happens, but we cannot promise it reflects a change made this week. Confirm your terminal with your airline within 24 hours of departure. Nothing on this site substitutes for that check, and we cannot be responsible for a journey to the wrong building.

5. Shuttles, hours and amenities

Shuttle frequencies, operating hours and facilities come from the operators and are published as supplied. They describe how a lot normally runs, not a commitment for your particular trip. Van Wyck and Belt Parkway traffic during peak departure waves is the usual cause of a slow run and is beyond anyone's control — build in a margin, especially for an international departure.

6. Content and acceptable use

Read it, link to it, quote it with attribution. Do not scrape the listings wholesale, mirror the pages, or reuse the written guidance to assemble a competing catalogue. The editorial text and the design are ours; operator names, marks and photographs remain the property of those operators.

7. Limits of liability

The site is offered as is. We work to keep it accurate but do not warrant that every rate, distance, shuttle time or terminal assignment is correct at every moment, and we are not liable for loss arising from relying on them — a full lot, a late shuttle, a moved gate or a changed price included. Anything concerning the reservation or the parking service itself lies with Parkingateway or the operator who provided it. None of this affects rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Revisions

These terms will change as the site grows. The date above marks the current version, and continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.
